Returns Policy

In the event that you need to return your order, contact us within 30 days of your receipt date. We have a limited money back guarantee. Notify us of your return and the reason for your return. Items that are returned in their original packaging without damage or defect, in sellable condition, within 30 days of purchase, will be refunded less the outbound and return shipping costs. Shipping charges can be $100 or more each way.

Open all shipments immediately even if you do not intend to use it immediately. Inspect the parts to be sure they are in good condition and have not been damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately of any merchandise that arrives damaged. We will send replacements or parts depending on the damage. Most damage is a result of shipping. Orders sent via truckline that are damaged in transit must be reported to both the truckline and us within 24 hours. In order for us to process damage claims you must contact us within 10 days on items shipped via FedEx. If you contact us within that time frame we will send you replacements or parts at no charge. If, for whatever reason, you contact us outside of that time frame we can send you replacements or parts but they may be at an additional cost to you.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. Refusing delivery is considered a return. You will be refunded minus outbound and return shipping costs.

Not all products can be returned. Futon mattresses and some covers cannot be returned. They are cut and made to order and considered a custom product. Once either of these products has been used they cannot be resold and are therefore not returnable. We are not responsible for error in choosing color, size or style of any of our products. Please confirm sizes before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping is provided to all orders within the continental U.S. We do not ship to any areas outside that region, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Most items ship from our warehouse in 1 - 2 business days. Once the order leaves our warehouse, FedEx will deliver in approximately 3 - 5 business days.

FedEx Ground is our primary shipping service. Once your order ships you will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking number(s). Orders can be tracked online at FEDEX.COM or by calling 1-800-GOFEDEX. Larger orders may be shipped using a common carrier. If you have an order shipping with a common carrier you will be contacted with the company name, phone number and tracking information. You will need to contact the common carrier to set up arrangements to receive your package. Delivery is curbside only. The carrier will not move the package into your home and there is no assembly service. We do not ship via third party arrangements.
